TSS Hour Tracker, provided by Tech Sourced Solutions (TSS). Effective October 30, 2026.
TSS grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your business purposes. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or misuse the app.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TSS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or lost profits or data, arising from use of the app. TSS's total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the prior 12 months.
Use of QuickBooks, Google, and other services is also subject to their own terms.
TSS may suspend or end access at any time. You may stop using the app at any time.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
